Last days for Sketch Challenge...

You only have 4 days left to upload your layout for Aprils sketch challenge, and only a few days left of the forum and gallery. As most of you know there are soooo many forums out there now that interest does and will decrease. Scrap Box would like to stand out from the rest and provide you with all the inspiration/latest product updates and techniques on the blog. So stay tuned for all that is happening at Scrap Box. You never know there may be the odd challenge set on here too.

Forum & Galley

Before I took over the business, Julia was reviewing the Forum and Galley and considering whether to keep them going. There is a lot of behind the scene work and nearly all the information in them can be found through the blog. After talking it over with Julia, who knows the history of the site and how ofter the Forum and Galley get viewed and used, I've decided to close them down by the end of April.

If you are involved in the sketch challenge you still have another week for creating, and to be in the draw for the $30 voucher.

Keep in touch with what is happening through the blog. It will be here that I'll post new products and let you know what the latest is. Julia is going to be creative with some of the new products to give you inspiration for scrap booking (not that we need that, we just need the un-interupted time to do it). Have you seen the Glimmer Mist new colours have arrived and are in the shop now for purchase - Don't miss out! The new paper flower colours should tempt you too with wedgewood blue and chocolate brown. They will be loaded into the shop this weekend.

May Kit Sneak Peak...

Today I share a sneak peak of May's Kit, you won't be disappointed with the new products and value for money.
The new kit will go on sale through the store on 1st May, there will be limited supply and a choice of two colour schemes.

To share this card with you. The colours are just 'O' for awesome.

I am privileged enough to play with the new colour flowers from Green Tara. New Wedgwood Blue and Chocolate Brown are just divine. These are just some of the many flowers that Fiona has brought in and will get them up in store soon. The paper I have used is a digital downloaded paper of the same colour scheme, and the stamp is also found in store. But be quick it looks like there is only one left.

WOW Julia what a birthday present!

Hi, I'm Fiona Gill and am now the proud owner of Scrap Box NZ. Over the weekend my husband & I moved the content of Julia's room to our place. What more could a scrapbooker want for a birthday present (mine was on Saturday the 18th April) than a room full of product. We have two daughters, aged 4 & 9 and they were very excited and helpful too!!!



I'll take this opportunity of thanking Julia for all the time and help she has put in to make the change over so far. She assures me she will continue to be my right arm for a while. I hope so, this is a huge learning curve for me, but one that only all of us can benefit from. I've been searching and purchasing new product, so keep a look out as they arrive in store. Unfortunately some of the supplier's prices have increased. With exchange rates and freight costs, some items will need to increase slightly. I will endeavour to continue to bring you value for money and as I have already checked, Scrap Box NZ is very competitive on price and quality throughout the market place.



I wish Julia a well-earned rest. She will now have time to produce some more wonderful work. Keep a look out for the work she has had published in Innovations Tip & Techniques magazine. I will have that mag available for sale through the site.

Change Over - Done...

Yep, Fiona now has full control of the shop. But rest assured I will still be popping in with tips/techniques and hot products coming to Scrap Box NZ. I will now be able to focus my efforts on doing what I love most, being creative. So thanks for all your support and good luck to Fiona.

New Baby Safari....

Aren't they just adorable...and they are coming to Scrap Box NZ soon. We will be looking at designing a wonderful kit using these fantasic papers and embellishments, so stay tuned.

Ribbon Run-out...
