It was their challenge - now it's your's

Didn't they do us proud - pretty tense in our lounge last night, nails a bit shorter on the fingers and the carpet being paced back & forth in worry that it wasn't going to go our way. Huge relief!!!

Well done All Blacks!!!

Now here's your challenge - I thought maybe a 12 x 12 layout in "All Black", but that won't work so instead create a 12 x 12 layout in Black, White & a colour of your choice. Email your finished layout to fiona@scrapboxnz.com by midnight on the 6 November 2011.

Odds and Ends

Inspired by the last button challenge, I created this layout using Cosmo's Odds and Ends. //http://www.scrapboxnz.co.nz/shop/index.php?cPath=72_99_366 The circle embellies, layout frame, some of the captions and alphas are all cut from the patterned paper.

There are lots of fun goodies in the K and Co Ephemera pack, and such great value retailing at only $6. The bingo card, ticket and 'my little sweetie pie' are from this set. http://www.scrapboxnz.co.nz/shop/product_info.php?products_id=2828
Scrap Box NZ products used: Bazzill cardstock, patterned paper (Cosmo Cricket, and 7 Gypsies)
, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, K and Co Ephemera, Color Box Ink, Jenni Bowlin button and Baker's Twine.

3 little cards !!!

Isn't it great to use up scraps and mix n match colours. Three little cards, using Martha Stewart Punches, Green Tara Flowers, Maya Road Trinket Pin and of course Bazzill Cardstock.

These last two cards the flowers are made from a serviette. Lovely and soft and you get lots of layers for making the bottom flower centre. Love these colours and together they make the cards nice and fresh looking.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

More Christmas papers on their way ...

I've just ordered more Christmas papers and they should be here next week. I had an email from a supplier telling me there are 84 days till Christmas (don't think I needed to know that), I'm sure it will be here before we know it.

Hope your weekend has started well. I'm wishing the rain clouds away as we are off to the Rugby this afternoon. Australia vs Russia. My brother-in-law & sister-in-law and friends are here from Aussie, so I think I'll have to back Aussie although I think Russia could do with a bit of support too!

Have a great weekend!
