Blown Away & Very thankful

Isn't this fantastic - Now we have a challenge going on!
Your brief was to create a layout using the colours from Scrap Box NZ logo.
Just wonderful what you have all come up with.
Take a look below and good luck to you all!

Die-namics Dies

Has it really been that long - I can tell you it's been a long fortnight for me, I had the flu and that kept me in bed for four days.  It's nasty, I hope not too many of you have got it this year.  It's taken a while to feel better and then being down, I got a tummy bug.

Any way that's why I haven't been here, but I'm back now with some great news.  I hope you've been checking what's been coming into store - a new product and brand.

These are American made steel dies, great designs and with the assistance of a "Cuttlehug" go through your cuttlebug, bigshot, vagabond etc. machines.  They have only been in the shop for a week and some have sold out already.  More orders being made and will arrive shortly.

Here's the link to the shop and below are some of my favourite's and I hope they become your's too!

Are you a card maker?

Are you up for a challenge with a $10 gift voucher for the winning card?  Got to be in to win!!!

Your challenge for this fortnight is to create a "Wedding Card".  Something special to celebrate the happy couples important day.  If you can email your finished card to fiona@scrapboxnz.com by midnight the 1st August 2012.  Two weeks for creating - wedding bells, rings, flowers, if you know someone getting married soon, maybe the bridesmaids dress colours - does that help with some inspiration - I hope so.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Senz this weekend

To all those that are going to SENZ this weekend - hope you have an awesome time.  I saw there were many wonderful classes to attend (although some sold out fast) and some great exhibitors with products to entice and make n takes to create.

Have a fantastic time and from where ever home is - safe travels.

Layout Challenge Winner

Congratulations to Tracey

Love your layout and your interpretation of the Economy!

I'm sure this layout is going to be great to look back on in
another 10 years and I'm sure you will smile just remembering those times.

I will be in touch shortly with details of your $20.00 Scrap Box NZ voucher.

July Monthly Layout Challenge

I'm on a bit of a roll today - 3 blog entries in one day.

Your monthly layout challenge is to create a 12 x 12 layout.  Subject is your choose, but you are to use the colours from Scrap Box NZ Logo above.  That's your colour palate.  Looking forward to what you come up with and you can email your finished layouts to fiona@scrapboxnz.com by midnight Sunday 29th July 2012.

Any queries email fiona@scrapboxnz.com - If you know of any others that may want to join in, spread the word.  Winner receives a $20.00 voucher to spend at Scrap Box NZ.

Economy Challenge Entries

Again just like the card challenge, three totally different layouts from three wonderful ladies who support Scrap Box NZ so well.  Good Luck to you all!

Received a late Card entry

but I just needed to share it with you.  Congratulations to Iemke & her family on the arrival of Noah on the 26th May 2012.  Iemke created this announcement card and made 60 of them to send to friends & family back in Belguim.  Wow lots of stamping - she estimated about 20 stamps per card.  It's gorgoeus and love the clothing on the line (washing is never ending when you have children).

Card challenge winner

I ask for more entries, but I'm not so sure now.
It certainly makes it harder to choose a winner, but it's great to announce that Vicki Parker will receive a $10 gift voucher from Scrap Box NZ.

Vicki I can see that your punches and cuttlebug accessories were put to great use.  I hope you have someone to give the card too, although it's so lovely, if I'd created it I'd probably want to keep it myself.

Thanks to Brenda, Nichole & Louise for entering the challenge.  The next card challenge will be set on the 18th July 2012.
